With relationship building and hard work as his guiding lights, Scott quickly gained success after becoming a licensed agent in December, 2018. He started his career at Cooper & Cooper Real Estate, where he immediately became one of the top rental agents at the firm. He set the company record for # of leases signed in a month, with 22 in June 2019. In just a a year and a half with Cooper & Cooper, Scott closed 109 rental deals.

In August 2020, Scott joined The Corcoran Group, where he focused on apartment sales. He leveraged his relationships and immediately became a top sales agent in the Upper West Side office. In his first full calendar year at Corcoran (2021), Scott become part of Corcoran's Multimillion-Dollar Club. In 4-years at the firm, Scott closed 46 sales transactions (22 sales-side and 24 buy-side), along with 52 rental transactions.

Prior to real estate, Scott spent eight years in the media and e-commerce industries, working in sales, marketing and business development roles at HeartMedia, NBC Sports and Fanatics.

Lilia is a part-time real estate professional with Sharp Brokerage, based in Manhattan. She brings a warm, approachable energy to the real estate world, blending professionalism with a true passion for helping people find a place to call home. Known for her attentive listening and meticulous attention to detail, Lilia takes the time to understand each client's unique needs and goals, guiding them thoughtfully through every step of the buying or selling process.

Before real estate, Lilia spent over a decade working in retail and private banking with U.S. and international clients, and later moved into operations in the blockchain and Web3 space. Her love for NYC's architecture and constant curiosity to explore new corners of the city inspired her to become a licensed real estate professional.

When she's not working, you'll find her exploring the city, doing yoga, checking out art and music, or trying new cuisines. She loves traveling, learning about different cultures and lifestyles, and is always up for discovering something new. She speaks Romanian, Russian, some French, and is learning Spanish on Duolingo, which helps her connect with a wide range of clients.
